One of the pioneers in introducing high-quality and affordable accommodation experience to business & leisure travellers, Mrs. Rashmi Ahuja is the founder and the guiding force behind the brand "Ahuja Residences".
With over 35 years of experience, this inspirational woman started her venture from two rooms as a ""Bed & Breakfast"" during the 1982 Asian games. Since then, the lady has been the guiding force in the expansion of the brand and still runs the show!

Jaideep is the Managing Director & CEO of Ahuja Residency Pvt. Ltd., one of India’s leading hospitality companies. He holds a B. Com (Hons) degree from SRCC and a Masters degree in Management from the London School of Economics (LSE).
He worked with Accenture, one of the world’s largest management consulting firms for four years before joining Ahuja Residency in 2002 and has spearheaded its growth since. The Ahuja Residency group today comprises a pan-India chain of service apartments and budget hotels with over 1300 rooms under management under the Ahuja Residences brand, Yuhi Hospitality - a specialised Japanese accommodation provider and Lime Services - a full-service property management services firm.
He has been a member of Young Indians - CII since 2014 and has held various leadership positions including Delhi Chapter Chair, North India Region Chair and National Chair for Thought Leadership.
He sits on the CII Northern Region Committee on Tourism and Hospitality. He is a also an active member of YPO (Young Presidents’ Organisation) and chairperson of the Governing Body of a Delhi University college.

Mrs. Kanika Ahuja
Kanika Ahuja graduated from Jesus and Mary College with a Bachelors in Commerce. She then pursued a masters in HR and Management from the International Management Institute. In 2001, she became the Director of Ahuja Residency and has been working in the company for the last two decades. She takes care of the design aspect of the properties.
Kanika recently co-launched her own Interior Design studio, ‘Turn it Around’ and has undertaken over 100 spaces since 2019. She is also a proud former committee member of the Young FICCI Ladies Organisation.

Mr. Khanna Has Over 30 Years Of Managerial Experience In Sales & Marketing, And Has Held Various Senior Positions With Godfrey Philips India Ltd., From Where He Retired Recently As General Manager – Training. Mr. Khanna Has Travelled Extensively Throughout His Career And Brings With Him A Deep Understanding Of The Requirements Of The Corporate Traveller.

Mr. Singh started his career at Taj Hotels in 1996 and subsequently worked at Marriott International Inc. and Hyatt Hotels Corp. in USA. He graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI in 2001 and has held unit level and corporate leadership positions in his career of over 25 years.
As COO - Hotels Division, he leads the the "Hotels Vertical" at Ahuja Residences.
Mr. Sandeep Kumar

With an overall experience of more tha 2 decades, Mr. Kumar has been an integral part of "Ahuja Residences" since 2008.
Having an excellent background in sales & marketing, with an expert knowledge of ""Japanese Culture"", Mr. Kumar in his capacity heads the expansion of "Serviced Apartments" & "Japanese Desk"
Mrs. Arti Kukreja
Arti Kukreja is the Chief Financial Officer with Ahuja Residences with an excellent leadership skill since 2019.
She is one of the youngest Management leaders who has 20 years of rich experience in the field of Finance , Accounting and Auditing. She completed her Graduation and CA from Nasik. She worked as a Finance Controller and SOX Auditor in ABB for 11 years.
Apart from Kathak and Volley ball as her hobbies, she loves to cook in her pass time.

Mr. Aditya a Hotel Management Graduate & MBA from IBS, has been with Ahuja Residences since 2011.
Over the years, he is trusted name amongst the corporate circles. With his first hand experience of Japanese Culture, his strategies brings in expansion and business development for service apartment segment.

Established performance-driven IT Head with Over 16 years of Experience in Hospitality Industry worked with Brand like , ITC Hotels , Radisson Chain of Hotels & BPO. Well-acquainted with IT Operations and Cyber security, IT risk management, IT Audits, budgeting and IT Procurement.
He has been working at Ahuja Residences since 2021. He heads the IT division and is responsible for ensuring all application, Servers and smooth running of all IT operations for delightful experience of all Guest & Stakeholders
