You may report concerns related to, but not limited to:
- Financial irregularities, misrepresentation, or fraud
- Corruption, bribery, or abuse of authority
- Misuse of company assets or resources
- Violations of laws, regulations, or internal policies
- Harassment, discrimination, or retaliation
- Health, safety, or environmental risks

Who This Policy Applies To
This policy is applicable to:
- All employees across levels (permanent, contractual, part-time, trainees, interns)
- Directors and Board members
- Vendors, suppliers, contractors, and service providers
- Business partners, consultants, and associates

- All genuine concerns will be reviewed fairly and objectively
- Confidentiality will be maintained to the fullest extent possible
- Retaliation against whistleblowers acting in good faith will not be tolerated
- Appropriate corrective action will be taken wherever required
Matters Not Covered Under This Policy
The following are not covered under the Whistleblower Policy:
- Vague, unclear, or unverifiable complaints
- Matters already pending before courts or statutory authorities
- Personal employment or service-related grievances are covered under labour laws
- Trivial or frivolous complaints
- Knowingly false or malicious allegations may result in disciplinary action.
