Do I Need To Provide Credit Card To Book Room Online ? Is The Process Safe ?

A credit card may be used to pre-pay for a room at the time of booking. For your security, any personal information such as your credit card number will be encrypted before being transmitted over the internet.

Do I Need To Create An Account To Book Online ?

Yes. It only takes a few minutes to set up your account using a phone number or an email address and password.

Are Pets Allowed At The Hotel?
Certain hotels may be able to accommodate pets (with limitations / conditions) however, most Ahuja Residences are not able to accommodate pets at this moment. Can I Get A GST E-Invoice For My Stay?

Yes. E-invoices need to be requested at the time of reservation or during the check-in. Accurate GST details for your enterprise are required to generate an E-INVOICE at the time of checking out

Can I Request A GST E-Invoice After Departure ? Request Modification Of GST E-Invoice After Departure?

While we are committed to assisting you with your requirement, as far as possible, prevailing GST RULES do not allow modifying a GST E-INVOICE. Therefore, there are severe limitations to what can be done post departure. Please speak to hotel front desk regarding this. Requests pertaining to GST E-INVOICES AFTER DEPARTURE are not processed at the hotel front desk and need a longer time (multiple days, in cases) to fulfill.

How Do I Request An Early Check-In Or Late-Check-Out With The Hotel ?

What Is The Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel or modify your reservation in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation policy as stated during the reservation process. Please call reservations at +91-8899 770770 for assistance with cancellations.

Can I Have A Visitor In My Room?

Yes. Visitors may visit a guest room up to 8:00pm. Any visitor staying beyond this time will need to be registered (their identification will be needed to register them) and extra charges may apply. Hotels reserve the right to deny visitors, at the hotel’s discretion, if they have reason tro believe that visitors would cause a disruption for other guests or to hotel operations.

Will I Be Charged Extra For Guests Occupying My Room?

Hotel room rates vary by date and by the number of adults occupying a guest room. To accommodate more guests, you need to change your reservation. You will be notified of any additional charges prior to confirming your updated reservation. Associates at Reservations or hotel Front Desk can assist you with this request.

Is There A Minimum Age Requirement To Reserve A Hotel Room?

Guests must be of minimum age of 21 years in order to book a room at Ahuja Residences. Please call the hotel directly prior to your arrival to make any necessary arrangements. Direct hotel phone numbers can be found in your confirmation email or on the respective hotel information page.

Do I Have To Pre-Pay For My Room At Check-In?

We swipe your credit card at check-in to ensure that sufficient funds are available to settle your final bill. Further payment would be needed when the stay needs to be extended during the stay at the hotel. Manager at the hotel can explain the process and answer any queries or concerns.

How Do I Get Help Regarding Articles Left / Lost At The Hotel?

Please call the hotel front desk for assistance if you left an article of lost an article at the hotel. Hotel phone numbers are available at the hotel website.

Ahuja Residences offers fully furnished studios, from 1–5 BHK apartments, and select penthouses, designed for comfort, privacy, and convenience for both short and extended stays.

Are the serviced apartments suitable for long-term stays?

Yes, our apartments are ideal for extended stays. With fully equipped kitchens, private workspaces, and all essential amenities, you can settle in comfortably for weeks or months.

Do the apartments come with housekeeping services?

Yes, regular housekeeping is included to maintain cleanliness and comfort. Additional services can also be arranged on request for convenience.

Is parking available for residents?

Yes, secure on-site parking is available at most properties. It’s designed to accommodate both short and long-term stays.

Do Ahuja Residencies serviced apartments provide dining options?

Some properties have in-house restaurants or curated dining experiences. You can also cook in your fully equipped kitchen or order from partnered food services.
